Rhythm Play-Along — Module 5 Add-On
Rhythm Play-Along & Songs — Module 5 Add-On
Ti-Ti has arrived — and with it, the complete rhythm family. This Add-On consolidates all five rhythm values (Ta, Ta-2, Ta-2-3, Ta-2-3-4, and Ti-Ti) through color-coded challenges, echo games, and mixed rhythm songs. By the end, your student reads and performs the full rhythmic vocabulary of the course.
Practice anywhere. Choose the mode that fits where you are right now:
The Five Activities
- Color-Coded Rhythm Quiz — Each rhythm value has its own color: Navy (Ta), Green (Ta-2), Orange (Ta-2-3), Gold (Ta-2-3-4), Red (Ti-Ti). Learn and identify them
- Echo Challenge — A rhythm pattern plays using all five values. Listen carefully, then choose which written pattern matches what you heard
- The Speed Ladder — From slowest to fastest: Ta-2-3-4, Ta-2-3, Ta-2, Ta, Ti-Ti. Tap along as each value lights up at its real duration
- Color Reading — See a colored block with no text. Name the rhythm value it represents — reverse of the color quiz
- Mixed Rhythm Song — All five values in one song! Color-coded blocks light up at the correct beat durations. Tap along to the complete rhythm family

Ti-Ti is the biggest rhythmic leap in the course — two sounds in one beat. If your child is rushing, slow the tempo down rather than speeding through. The Echo Challenge is especially powerful for developing the inner ear. The color-coded system is a visual shortcut that helps kids read rhythm patterns faster — if they connect the colors to the values, they’ll fly through Module 6 and beyond. This Add-On might need two or three sessions to feel solid.
